We will never rent, sell, or otherwise provide any personally identifiable information about you or your account to anyone.

Use of Information

Personal information is gathered for race registration purposes and to allow us to communicate with you regarding Series events and news. Examples are: confirmation of your registration, information/changes in upcoming races or events, and important Series news. If you do not wish to receive Series communications we will provide you a way to unsubscribe. Please see the “Choice/Opt-out” section below. We use outside credit card processing companies to bill you for your registrations. These companies do not share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes. We may use this information, which will not identify individual users, to analyze trends, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site.  If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and email address), and demographic information such as age, sex, race class, etc.
