Race Description

First race at 9:00am.
Please Note: Race lengths and start time may vary on the day of race. Please check your start times and lengths on day of race.

Race Distances:
The race course is approximately a 4.6 mile course through the 70 acre Salem Hills Park. The singletrack section of the course runs through a great mix of tight and twisty trees and across wide open rolling hills through the prairies. The trail surface is mostly hard-packed, but there are a few slightly sandy areas. With only a few trail obstacles the course is designed for speed! Racers of all levels will be challenged by how fast they can push themselves and when to strategically attack or pass another racer.

Give back to the people who build the majority of trails in MN!
All race proceeds from the Freewheel Frolic go to MN Off-Road Cyclists (MORC). For more information on MORC, please go to www.morcmtb.org.
